The terms below govern every Rishikesh trip, activity and booking arranged through RishikeshTourTrip.com, a TourTripX venture. By confirming a booking you accept them.

payments
Facilitator model
RishikeshTourTrip.com is a travel facilitator. We do not own rafting operations, camps, hotels or vehicles; we connect you with independent, vetted local partners and coordinate your trip. Your enquiry is free and creates no obligation — a booking is confirmed only when you accept a quote and complete the agreed payment.
Payment terms
To confirm a booking, an advance is typically required to lock your camp, stay, activity slots and vehicle, with the balance payable before or at the start of your trip as specified in your quote. Exact terms are shared with each personalised quote before you pay.
Travel documentation
It is your responsibility to carry valid photo identification (Aadhaar for Indian nationals; passport and visa for international visitors) for check-ins and activities. Any cost or inconvenience arising from inadequate documentation is solely yours.

Adventure activities & safety
Rafting, bungee jumping, camping and other adventure activities carry inherent risk. They are operated by licensed local partners and are subject to weather, river conditions and authority regulations, and may be modified or cancelled at short notice for safety. You must follow all guide instructions and declare any medical condition that could affect your participation. Activities are undertaken at your own risk.
River & weather conditions
River rafting typically operates from mid-September to June and may pause during the peak monsoon when the Ganga runs high. Where an activity cannot run safely, we will arrange a suitable alternative or help with any applicable refund from the provider — but we cannot guarantee weather-dependent experiences.
Responsibility for personal belongings
Please keep your belongings safe throughout the trip, especially around water. While we prioritise your comfort and security, we cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage to belongings at camps, hotels, in vehicles or during activities.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering adventure activities, medical emergencies and trip cancellation. We are happy to point you to reputable providers on request.

Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation terms vary by partner and package. Notify us as early as possible and we will help you with any applicable refund, though certain non-refundable costs may already have been incurred on your behalf. Full details are in our refund and returns policy.
Force majeure
In circumstances beyond our control — natural events, river/weather closures, civil unrest or government restrictions — we reserve the right to modify or cancel arrangements. We will make every effort to offer alternatives or refunds but cannot be held liable for losses arising from such events.
Liability disclaimer
RishikeshTourTrip.com does not provide insurance cover for accident, illness, injury, death or theft, and recommends visitors arrange their own cover. By participating in any activity or trip you acknowledge and accept the associated risks, agree to take part at your own risk, and release the organisation, its staff and partners from related liability. Your payment signifies consent to this disclaimer.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow.
