Refund & Returns Policy

We facilitate services delivered by independent local partners. Any refund for a service not delivered is contingent on us first receiving the refunded amount from the relevant provider, and is subject to that provider’s own cancellation terms.

Adventure activities such as rafting depend on weather, river levels and authority regulations. If an activity cannot run safely, we will offer a suitable alternative where possible or assist with any applicable refund from the provider. Refunds are not guaranteed for experiences missed due to a guest’s own late arrival or non-participation.

If you change your accommodation or plans during a trip, we cannot provide refunds or compensation for those adjustments, and you will be responsible for any additional payment arising from the change.

We aim to facilitate smooth transactions but cannot guarantee the actions of independent partners. Users are encouraged to review each provider’s specific policy and raise refund concerns with them directly, with our help.
